When going throughout this process, the three stages that we work with you on are:

I. Ideate
Conceptual design is the first stage of the development process. Often, marketing and engineering work together to confirm the target performance of a new product. Many questions can be answered during this phase, such as:

In this stage, there is a description that might include user interviews, research, sketches, drawings and models. In addition, a target set of performance specifications and a clear understanding of how the concept will be used, including presentation of test results or data.

II. Create
During the development stage, a prototype/MVP is established. The questions that we answer:
  • Is there a want/ need currently in the market?

  • What are the value propositions of this product?

  • How’s the competitive pressure / entry barrier?

  • What tech platforms best suit my users (web, app)?

III. Scale
Finally, the product is in the market, this is when it is important to understand consumer behaviour and how the product is performing. Basis on that we help make corrective measures that could assist scale the product. The questions that we answer here:
